Brokerage And Commission Disclosure Policy

SOLAURA REALTY BROKERS LLC (RERA No. 55439) complies fully with the transparency rules set by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). All brokerage fees are clearly disclosed and mutually agreed upon before any transaction.

Commission Structure
Primary (Developer-Direct) Property Sales

For properties sold directly by the developer (off-plan or ready developer inventory):

  • The commission is paid by the developer, not the buyer.
  • Buyers are not required to pay brokerage fees on primary market transactions.
  • This applies only when SOLAURA REALTY BROKERS LLC is an authorized channel partner or broker for that developer.
Secondary Market / Resale Properties (Not Sold Directly by Developer)

For resale, pre-owned, or privately listed units:

  • A standard brokerage commission of 2% of the total transaction value applies.
  • The 2% fee is typically paid by the buyer, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
  • If both parties are represented, commissions may be applied separately to the buyer and seller as per agreement.
Transparency & Disclosure
  • All commission amounts are disclosed before signing any agreement or Form F.
  • Commission invoices include full breakdowns as required by the Dubai Land Department.
  • No hidden fees, add-ons, or unauthorized charges are applied under any circumstance.
