Booking Amount Refunds

• Refund decisions are made solely by the respective developers.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
• SOLAURA REALTY BROKERS LLC will coordinate communication but is not responsible for the developer’s decision or timeline.

Service Charges & Documentation Processing Fees

Any consultation, service, or documentation-processing fee paid directly to SOLAURA REALTY BROKERS LLC is non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Refund exceptions may be considered only under special circumstances at management discretion.

Cancellation by Client

Cancellations initiated by the client are subject to the developer’s cancellation terms, deductions, and penalties.

SOLAURA REALTY BROKERS LLC does not bear liability for financial loss due to developer policy.

Cancellation by Developer

In case a project or unit is cancelled by the developer, refunds are processed by the developer in accordance with UAE laws.

Processing Time

Refunds, when applicable, are typically processed within 7–30 working days, subject to the developer’s procedures.
